“From the moment we were greeted by our naturalists at the airport in Baltra, to the very last day of our time on The Grace and our transport back to Baltra airport, I felt well taken care of. The level of service and experience from the naturalists and the staff on board was superb! The guests were divided into two groups. I was in the group with the naturalist Gustavo and I have to say that he made the exploration of the islands and waters magical. He was so knowledgeable about the islands and all the wildlife we were privileged to see. My room on board was beautiful and was serviced multiple times during the day. Everyone was surprised daily with a delightful new fish or bird towel sculpture on our beds. We pretty much only slept and changed in our rooms because the days were packed with such incredible activities. Hikes, snorkeling, kayaking, cruising the islands and waters in a dinghy were daily adventures. During all this we are learning about the history of the Galapagos Islands and the various species of birds, animals, & water life. We were even blessed to see a humpback whale! At every turn I was filled with wonder! Before dinner we all gathered for a briefing of the next day’s activities. We all knew what to expect even down to the shoes and clothing we should wear. The food on board the Grace was fantastic with a feast served at every meal. Sitting in the beautiful outdoor dining room was a great time to get to know the other guests. The chef would come out and spend time with us, gathering feedback on his meals and getting to know us. I would highly recommend this journey to anyone. I guarantee you will be filled with memories and photographs that you will treasure forever.”

“We had a great time travelling with Quasar to Chilean Patagonia in July. From the moment we arrived in Santiago all went smoothly, all guides were good company to be with and the transfer drivers took us safely to first Torres del Paine and later the Atacama as well.”

“I stepped gingerly between iguana tails to reach the path, stopped in my tracks, giving way to a giant tortoise. I watched the glow of sunset on red sand, the ocean swirling around a youthful sea lion staring up at our ten year old traveler. Families brought three generations. Couples and friends were aboard and I, the solo traveler. Expect to stay physically active, expertly guided and supported. Be comfortable and relaxed in bare feet, sandals or hiking shoes. Expect what may be the best trip of your life for reasons you won't know until after, when you are home.”

“Our family had the best vacation of our lives with Quasar!!! The staff and other guests were amazing!!! It was the perfect balance of activity, learning, relaxation and social time. The naturalists, captain and first mate and staff made the vacation amazing!!! I can't recommend Quasar highly enough!!!!”

“Our experience on the Grace was unbelievably spectacular. 5 Stars doesn't do it justice. 10 Stars for sure. The boat was charming, comfortable, extremely clean and a home away from home. The staff were OVER THE TOP. They were all helpful, respectful, and very hard working. It was a pleasure to see a group work so well together. We felt like we were a part of a family. There were many smiles - from the staff and from our group. We've traveled a lot and have never had such an awesome experience. For us, it was the best ever.”

“We had the most memorable time on the Evolution! The staff was incredible. We loved our Naturalists - Bolo, Christina and Sophia - so much, too! Swimming with the sea lions was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Thank you!”

“It is no exaggeration to say that a trip to the Galapagos is an experience of a lifetime and I would not have trusted my time in this part of the world to anyone but Quasar. From start to finish, the trip, accommodations, and staff were phenomenal. Quasar removes any of the stress normally encountered when traveling so that their guests can fully immerse in what is a truly remarkable landscape. I am grateful to everyone involved for ensuring that our experience was superb.”
