“Very straightforward to book, quick responses to questions and very helpful at the Poole office. I would however suggest that the 24 hr timeline for changing one’s mind is too short - it was not enough to check with all participants.”

“Accommodation is next to an industrial area over 1 mile from shops & restaurants. Bed unacceptably firm and small. Our view was of a car park, nothing like the open sea view as depicted when booking. We only stayed one night instead of the 3 we booked. Quay staff were sympathetic and did try alternatives but very limited choice this time of year.”

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that the accommodation was not as you expected. The apartment overlooks Poole Yacht Club and has views to the harbour beyond, with Rockley Beach and Poole Harbour close by. “I rang Quay Holidays with a question and the lady was very helpful and invited me to make a booking which would be held for 24 hours. I called back the next day to pay my deposit. I had previously booked with this company so it made it easy as they had all my details. I wish they offered a repeat business discount!”

“The flat is as lovely as the pictures said. Everything clean and quiet and everything we needed as essentials. The lady in the office was polite and helpful. 2 criticisms. There was nothing to put toiletries on in the room with a shower and nowhere to hang clothes. Maybe the car space numbers could be painted as we had difficulty finding our space. Otherwise excellent.”
