“Organised, good communication, welcoming staff. Holiday home was great, we thought it was a little expensive but when we arrived we knew we had got what we'd paid for. The property was first rate and we'll worth the money.”

“I recently stopped at the Quay apartments in Poole for two weeks on a work trip. I could not fault any part of this trip, the booking team were professional, helpful & courteous & the apartments were Excellent! I have now signed up for another two weeks - Thanks to Alyson Smtyh @ Quay for going the extra mile and finding me the accommodation! 10 / 10 from me.”

“Quay staff are lovely. And very helpful Unfortunately the accommodation (Sanderling) falls very short of the mark. It needs major updating in main living areas, bathrooms, floor in main bedroom is damaged,, new carpets needed on stairs landing and bedrooms, new beds needed, redecoration, new kitchen. It needs closing for a period and sorting out. The garage door is broken. All leaves at the front of the door, back fence falling down. All in all very shabby and old tired furniture. But judging by the poor feedback of this house going back to 2015 the same comments as ours in the visitors book, I doubt whether the owner will take any notice so you should remove it until he does!! For almost £1.000 for 5 days its disgraceful. We should be partially refunded for this break. We had just come from a beautiful cottage in Devon which was the same price for a week but very cosy and lovely furniture and comfy beds. All in all really disappointed with this let and feels like a shabby student let. Which has ruined our break. Carol and Paul”
