So far so good. We actually haven't been on our holiday break yet, so I cant really comment. The booking procedure was very easy and we are looking forward to going.

A wonderful holiday from start to finish. Excellent service from Quay Holidays. Property well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable stay. Booked again for next year. Can’t fault this company in any way.

Quay staff are lovely. And very helpful Unfortunately the accommodation (Sanderling) falls very short of the mark. It needs major updating in main living areas, bathrooms, floor in main bedroom is damaged,, new carpets needed on stairs landing and bedrooms, new beds needed, redecoration, new kitchen. It needs closing for a period and sorting out. The garage door is broken. All leaves at the front of the door, back fence falling down. All in all very shabby and old tired furniture. But judging by the poor feedback of this house going back to 2015 the same comments as ours in the visitors book, I doubt whether the owner will take any notice so you should remove it until he does!! For almost £1.000 for 5 days its disgraceful. We should be partially refunded for this break. We had just come from a beautiful cottage in Devon which was the same price for a week but very cosy and lovely furniture and comfy beds. All in all really disappointed with this let and feels like a shabby student let. Which has ruined our break. Carol and Paul

Apartment clean on arrival. Welcome gift was appreciated. There 2 issues one sink blocked other water found inside washer found this when tried to find where smell came from both issues sorted immediately.

Booked an excellent and clean apartment through Quay Holidays. Key arrangements are good. Plenty of information about the apartment in advance, and a complete and up-to-date folder with local information on the premises.

Upon arrival there was a problem with the parking, our allotted space was taken. I decided to wait for the car to leave, otherwise it was using a pay car park. However Quay had Offered to pay for our stay in a pay car park if we needed to. Molly at QH was very helpful. Location of apartment was ideally situated. The apartment cleaning wasn’t the best. Bathroom toilet had a sanitised paper band on it saying toilet had been cleaned. Broke the band to then find whoever had used the toilet last hadn’t flushed. Coffee mug stains on terrace table outside. Bedrooms & everywhere else were fine. Very well equipped. Had a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Thanks QH.

It is a shame that we had at least 4 visits for maintenance during our stay, probably preparing for next week's renters. Would have been better if all of this had been done before we arrived. We have just learnt that our bed uppers was missing 3 slats. Thy will be change today but we are leaving tomorrow. Lights were put in separate bathroom downstairs yesterday. The only washroom with a bath. We did inform you of this on our arrival Saturday as well as all other non working lights. Leaking toilets, disgusting kettle, etc...

Hi Thierry, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you had these issues during your stay and that we were not able to put things right for you immediately. We do try to rectify any issues as soon as they are reported, unfortunately, further to our handyman’s visit we had to arrange for an electrician to attend to fix the bathroom lights, which is why there was a delay in these being fixed. The bed slats have been replaced and had been planned to be done while the property was not occupied, we apologise for this disturbance during your stay. We’ve also sent over a plumber to check the toilets having now received your feedback, and will check the kettle, which we did descale recently. We hope to be able to welcome you back again soon.
