“I had a really good experience at Quest. The staff were attentive to my needs, were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a fair assessment of my existing car and explained clearly the features of its replacement. The showroom and service areas are modern, roomy and clean. The whole place appears well run and organised. The buying process was handled professionally, and the necessary bureaucracy processed quickly. All in all a 5 star business.”

“Served by Rob, he was so patient, asked what I wanted and needed in a car, found me a perfect little car, very helpful, and thorough. I’ve had a couple of niggles with the car, but Quest have been amazing at sorting very quickly and efficiently. I’ve heard nothing but good from this garage from quite a few friends so made me feel confident they would look after me which they have so far Thankyou!”

“An employee of mine told me that he had found a car, which would suit my requirements and that it could be found at Quest Motors at Braintree. My purchase was handled very politely and efficiently by Anton Elliott who could not have been more helpful including providing me with numerous cups of coffee. Thank you Sincerely Alan Tritton”
