Took car in for a service and mot. Had a free coffee while I waited. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me an update on progress. Didn't take long to complete. They cleaned the car for me as a courtesy before I left. I call that good service.

MOT completed successfully on time. Booked MOT online after a reminder but still getting reminder emails and texts even though booked. Annoying!

The customer service is excellent. The only downside is quest not having the facility like the used to,to collect the car and having to sit and wait 3 hours.
