“From booking the service for my corsa with Lee Barnes to collecting it at the agreed time following service was first class.I have had 5 Vauxhalls from Quest and all have been serviced by Quest.I always use Lee Barnes as he knows my Requirements.”

“We stopped by on the off chance as another garage nearby was totally unhelpful in our search for a car change to meet fairly specific needs and criteria. Anton Elliott could not have been more helpful. A car has been found and is now being prepared for us to take away.”

“My car was booked for an MOT and service on Monday 2nd September. I was called by Keith to explain what was needed and the cost. When the work was finished Keith called again to let me know. Excellent service all round.”

“Felt comfortable attending the garage as a young woman, however due to some miscommunication my bill at the end of my service and MOT was almost £60 more than I was told over the phone. They’d done an oil change which I hadn’t been advised was happening at this time. They also told me they had washed my car when I went to collect it, but upon getting to my car it was not however I was in a rush to get back so didn’t return inside to say. I will say that the gentleman I was dealing with was very nice and did explain the breakdown of the invoice to me so I knew what I was paying for, I was just a little disappointed I hadn’t been told the oil change was being added when I spoke to someone during the day. I was told on the phone the only payment due at the end would be around 50/60 for a replacement indicator bulb to pass the MOT.”
