“very good friendly staff service and mot was done to a fantastic standard my only complaint is it was very difficult to call the garage always went to answerphone”

“From start to finish I would definitely recommend the Citroen service garage at Braintree. From booking my car in through to the work being completed, I was extremely happy with the customer service I received. I was kept informed throughout, including the day before to confirm what time my car would be picked up, first time I’ve used the collection/drop off option. Very punctual & polite and answered all questions I had.”

“The service I received from Quest was very professional and friendly Lee on the service desk came to me explaining that my car required a couple of parts for the MOT which I had repaired while I waited. The MOT and service was completed including a washed car and hoovered and my car feels good and lovely to drive. See you next year 😁”
