“Called into Sukuki (Quest Motors) Braintree along with several other Car Sales in the area as we were looking for a replacement car for my wife. From entering we were given a genuine greeting. From our first meeting of the Sales Executive Richard Cowan, we took an instant like to him and his relaxed approach. Richard took the time to listen to my wife's needs and expectations for her replacement car and suggested a more suitable car. From initial enquiry to the final delivery, Richard went beyond what i expected from a Sales Executive by even giving advice with completing Insurance online one sunday on his day off. He is a chap with great professional knowledge of his product, his calm delivery in advice and perfect manners to match. He definately sets the bar for his trade I strongly recommend this gentleman for your next Suzuki and gurantee you wont be disappointed.”
