“I am still waiting for my delivery!!!! Their customer service is online and they are very slow to respond. When they did get back to me they advised they will monitor my delivery closely but I still haven’t had anything back. I won’t use them again because of their poor customer service support and the fact that they use DHL who clearly can’t deliver a parcel on time or even provide me with an estimated time for delivery”

“The goal itself is amazing - far better than I imagined. I was set on buying a PVC framed one but opted for this and so glad I did. So quick and easy to put up/take down and the carry bag is ideal. Withstands some hefty shots from myself and son absolutely loves it!! Would recommend 110%! Thank you”

“I’ve had loads of problems with Dhl. Still haven’t received my purchase but your people are doing their best to sort it out. I am really upset as the item was my son’s birthday gift but like I say, your team are trying to sort it out it’s Dhl who are rubbish”

“Love the webshop, its very good. Have not tried the products yet, but unpacked it and the quality looks good. The only issue that I have is that you use DHL as a transporter. They are always late, gives wrong info and their customer service is even lying why they dont deliver on time. I was not surprised that they delivered to late even as they always do. But, QuickPlay as a whole. Very nice.”

“The order arrived quickly. I've yet to actually use the goal posts but they look like (as long as ground isn't too hard) they will suit me for what I want. I knew they were just posts and they look as expected. I'm sure the children won't care as long as they can play without leaving their jumpers on the ground as posts, no arguments this way about "over the bar" etc as they've got one!”

“Fast delivery as I had a large order 4 7 aside goals and 3 9 aside goals, easy to build and very durable. Can strike the ball as hard as possible and doesn't move when secured with the grass pegs”

“Excellent customer service. Your service rep Philippa was very professional and thorough. Not so thrilled with the shipment process. Your replacement parts were received ASAP but I thought they should have been shipped in a cardboard box instead of just being wrapped in plastic. Parts were received in fine condition though.”

“The product was very easy to assemble - only 2 minutes. I had an issue with a small hole in the net & once I contacted customer service department, they sent a new one out within a couple of days, very happy with the level of service offered by Quickplay.”
