This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. If possible, please can you reply to this message with pictures of the fault so that we can correctly identify the right replacement part or product to send to you. As soon as we receive these, we can arrange for a new part to be sent to you as soon as possible. Could you also let me know the PO Number of the product please? This can be found printed on the box or on a sticker on the base frame. We can then arrange for a new part to be sent to you as soon as possible. “QuickPlay have provided an excellent service to me. This can be measured in terms of the high quality of products. They replaced a product with an improved version when a part broke, without quibble. I was so impressed by their customer service that I preordered a replay station which I look forward to receiving soon.”

“Bag arrived as ordered in super quick time like all Quickplay orders, however, on previous orders I have received pegs and bungees with a bag purchase....not this time however. 🤷🏼‍♂️”

“A set of quick pop-up goals purchased for my little boys 5th birthday, not used as yet but certainly the purchasing/ communications/ delivery process was 1st class. The only reason not 5 stars (as yet) is he hasn't opened/ scored his first goals in them as yet :)”

“They produce high quality products. QuickPlay customer service is extraordinary. When we damaged by our mistake one elastics of the four years old rebounder , they sent us spare parts very quickly and for free... :-) After that I decided to buy a new one for advanced users, which is smaller and so we use it indoor.....the best choise in corona time.”
