“As a club we must own half the website and LOVE all the products. There needs to be more branching out though into the coaching essentials such as doing bibs, tactic boards etc”

“Having had a delivery from quick play I contacted you via email twice with photographs showing that the part we had ordered has not arrived and that you had sent something for a quick hit 8 foot by eight-foot not the 8‘ x 5‘ goalpost we had ordered. You have still not contacted us to say you will be sending the right part.You have still not contacted us to say that you will be sending the right part and there is no customer service telephone number to contact. Extremely poor service and my children can’t play football. Please will you contact us via email to put the situation right. Many thanks”

We are very sorry to hear that you have had a problem with one of our products. This isn't our usual standard that is why all QUICKPLAY Sport products come with a 2 year parts warranty, so we can happily send any necessary replacement parts. “I can fault QuickPlays service. I was unsure of which replacement goal net I needed. I sent some details over by email and Tracy from the customer team promptly replied. I ordered the net and it arrived ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend :-)”

“Does the job. However, quality is not as we expected. The “pipes”/posts that go together are bent and missing some connections. It gives a feeling of cheap metal, rather than strong goal that can be used for our U18s girls.”

“Was cautious with the nets I saw on Amazon that they may break so I spent a bit more on this one. Few hundred balls hit so far and it's holding up really well. As a newbie it's been amazing for my progression being able to simulate a driving range session every evening in the garden! Also as a newbie I'd maybe recommend going for the wider option as I have had one close call off an excellently hit slice 😂”
