“We were very impressed with the customer service. We purchased the spot rebounder 7 x 7 which is great quality but one small part was missing. We emailed and the response was fantastic - next morning delivery! We look forward to our grandson having hours of fun with the rebounder net. Our granddaughter will also use it for tennis practise - so win win!”

“Great product, although one of the spring clips was missing from the back pole join (reason for only 4 stars). However, on reporting this, Quickplay were very quick to send me out replacement clips to resolve this issue. :)”

“I have made 2 purchases with quickplay now and I have to say the customer service has been first class. I recently moved house and lost a few bits for my rebounder so I have literally emailed Tracey in customer service who has been absolutely brilliant and nothing has been too much trouble. Not only are the products first class so is the service which is rare nowadays. Keep up the good work, and a massive thank you to Tracey for all your help.”

“It's a pleasure to deal with Quickplay. Have used them 2 or 3 times and every step of the way they provide the sort of service you wish for but rarely get. From the ease of use of the website, the products, the price, the delivery and customer service, it's all good. As I say, it's refreshing to find a company like this.”

“Great item rebounds well with footballs or baseballs. One leg cracked but was quickly replaced by quickplay no faults after that will buy again”

“Fantastic Customer Service. After ordering a replacement net and post for my son's goal, they arrived safely within a couple of days. On fitting the new post I discovered it was longer than the original. After a couple of emails with Tracy, she quickly dispatched another post to me, which was the same as the other new post. The goal was quickly set up in time for the Euro's and my son was very happy. Thank you so much for resolving the issue quickly and without fuss.”
