I ordered the Tekkers Trainer as a Christmas present. There were 2 parts missing and I immediately emailed to say we needed assistance- I received a reply fairly quickly which was impressive but I’ve subsequently sent 3 more emails chasing a response with no reply.

Customer service is shocking, this questionnaire has come through quicker than any response from the company!! You only partly delivered my order, the main part, the goal never arrived. I still need a refund & ask you to look at the proper service other companies provide as I sourced the goal elsewhere & got same day delivery….you may want to take a leaf out if there book! Atrocious customer service, you should be ashamed!

I feel lucky I received my item before Christmas having contacted Quickplay on the day it was due to be received and the order having not even been processed at that point. This was made worse by then trying to blame the courier rather than accept responsibility. I asked them to call me directly (so that I could collect the parcel) and instead they despatched it with little time to spare before sending an email. This was followed up by a similar experience the following day. If I ask for a call, it is not because I want an email. A really poor experience overall that was only salvaged by the parcel arriving in the nick of time, hence the second star.

QuickPlay UK are an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. I ordered my grandsons a large football goal for the garden and it was sent promptly next day delivery, good quality and full instructions and as QuickPlay said in the video 'easy to assemble'. My grandsons love it and helps them to exercise and practise football skills in the garden or to take to a field or park and play with friends as it comes in a carry bag. I have colour coded the ends of fitments to make it even quicker to assemble. Slight problem with net and I emailed QuickPlay and another was sent out as soon as replacement net was available at no charge. Now that is what I think customer service should be like with all companies. Thank you QuickPlay I shall buy from you again most definitely. Very satisfied customer.

Ordered my son a rebound bar for Christmas A last minute decision I worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. The item was dispatched and arrived in 2 days in time for Xmas day. The item is really well built, very sturdy and easy to put together. Good value for money and helps with my sons football training when he is practicing on his own.

Absolutely terrible customer service…. The website isn’t user friendly with not all items listed, forcing the customer to email instead….. from initial email 2/9/22 until now 29/12/22 I still haven’t received my item despite paying on 8/12/22

If I could give Quickplay 0 stars I would. I placed my order one week before Xmas and paid for next day delivery. Still no sign of the delivery 10 days later. It was an exercise goal for our son who has type 1 diabetes and needed exercise to keep his blood glucose levels stable during revision. Quickplay say there is nothing they can do to help and it's not their problem as it's with the courier but our contract is with Quickplay not the courier.
