“Bought a set of nets for my boys birthday only to be told 3 days later my order had been cancelled as they where out of stock.. didn't get my money back for another 2 days by that time I had run out of time to get any nets ☹”

“This is our second purchase of the Kickster Elite Portable Football Goal - 16 x 7' for our son. He can now have a full game on soccer on the green with his friends. The first goal is about 17 months old and have provided great entertainment. We had a few small issues with the goal during this period but each time we contacted QuickPlay a replacement part was immediately dispatched. We have no hesitation in recommending this product for any budding soccer stars ⭐️”

“Great service from this company. I had purchase a goal through a third party company. After 3 years apart of the goal has worn and snapped. I contacted the company and within 1 day I had the part at my door. Thank you!! I have a happy, football mad son again!”

“Spares received in good time, exactly what I ordered. But I would say the quality of the Kickster Academy goals is not as good as 5 yrs ago we have as a club 3 sets that are around 2 yrs old all needing replacement parts.”

“Highly recommend - my 12-year old son makes much use of! Very solid and yet light weight / easy to move when mowing grass (as example). Just as good is the customer service - I had a problem with 1 of the goals, post a recent storm, and as a goodwill gesture QuickPlay UK sent me the replacement parts I needed. Very much appreciated and for sure going beyond expectations doing as a goodwill gesture. Thank you.”

“Had a little trouble with the contact form I completed not making it through to them, but when I followed up directly the customer service was excellent. Also had a few issues accessing my account which couldn't be resolved immediately, however, their customer service were proactive in offering a route around the problem and I believe they have since updated their website.”

“I brought a quick play quick net to practice my golf and I must say the net is excellent. Iv had it for around 11 months but unfortunately one of the poles split. It looks like a manufacturer defect rather than a usage issue. I contacted quick play and got a response very quickly I explained the situation and they rectified it with no problems and they sent me a replacement pole which arrived the next day. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend this company.”
