Appalling service. Ordered a phone bundle and it took around 2 weeks to arrive, didn’t have all the bundle contents and the microphone didn’t work so I took it to apple for a test and they said it had failed it’s microphone test in October last year and shouldn’t have even been resold. Didn’t advertise a fault so sent it back within a week and was told a refund would take up to 14 working days, it’s now been longer that and still nothing. Also have no phone contact number and emails take ages to get a reply. Overall terrible service from a very dodgy website, wouldn’t recommend getting anything from here.

I bought a used Apple iPhone X - Space Grey - (64GB) - Unlocked - Good Condition for £347.99 on 22/01/2020. I got an email confirmation about the order on the same day and their website mentioned that they will send the product in 7 working days. I didn't get any phone in the 7 days. I contacted them and they said initially they will send in 7 days. When I contacted after 7 days, they started telling 7-10 days. But their website clearly mentioned 7 working days. So I requested for refund as their website says that if an order is not shipped and customers can ask for a refund . They emailed on Feb 3rd saying that they will refund the money in 14 days. I contacted them on Feb 20 and they replied today saying that they will refund only on March 3, 2020. Now I checked many review sites and found that they are scamming people by telling different dates. Now if I wait for March 3, 2020, they may say another date and so on /Or they may say refund is already processed and you will get in 14 days etc.

Waiting over a month for delivery and still getting the brush off told next 1 to 4 days for the last 2 weeks. Still hasn’t been sent out

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an iphone 6S plus on 3rd January. When I received it you couldn't hear the person you were phoning. Quick mobile fix said to return it for repair which I did. I then had to wait 2 weeks to get the repaired phone returned. When I got it it had a similar problem in that you could only hear the person speaking very faintly. They asked me to return it for replacement. It is now 20th Feb and I still haven't got a phone that works yet. Whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They have my £150 and they just don't care whether I have my phone or not. I have now sent 2 emails asking when I will receive the replacement and have no response. There customer support is an embarrassment.

No phone number. Chat doesn't work. Customer service don't respond. Money taken, order just sitting as 'unfulfilled' They were great a few years ago. Wish I hadn't used them this time around. :(

The website is very misleading, it does not mention how long the order will take to arrive until you have already paid - then you receive an email saying your phone will take 7 working days to be processed- this is a rediculous amount of time to package a phone and hand it over to a courier. It should take a day. I have now been waiting 9 working days and my phone has still not arrived. When I open the tracker on the website it says my order is still being processed. I really do not trust this company and am very disappointed with my experience. If I do not receive my phone this week I will request a full refund and will get the police and my bank involved if required. I wish I had read all of the other terrible reviews before I placed my order. This website is not to be trusted.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY, IT WILL BE THE LAST YOU SEE OF IT WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. My 17 year old daughter ordered a phone on the 2nd of January 2020, paid £429.99 plus postage. After two weeks we began to pursue the status of the order. We were sent a generic copy/paste reply each time stating "it was with quality control for inspection". After researching reviews on the company we found many similar complaints. Concerned at this, I informed the company I was going to contact Trading Standards, I received an immediate reply "they were now cancelling the order". After several letters to them from myself, Consumer Affairs and Trading Standards, they continue to ignore and no refund has been forthcoming. On further investigation I have found they also trade under "Universal Gadgets Ltd". with similar reviews. The owners of these companies Mr Chinedu Ken Emechebe and Leela Emechebe claim to be Ebays first millionaires with a turnover in excess of £15 million a year. I wonder how much of that income is generated from selling bogus goods! I would recommend anyone experiencing same contact https;//www.gov.uk/complain-company.🙁

The phone had problems with speaker and microphone so sent it back - thats when the trouble started - firstly they said they had not received the phone despite the tracking showing it had been received - then they said they would issue a refund and didnt - then they said they would fix it and kept asking me for the passcode - which i provided numerous times - finally they have stopped responding to any communication so i am following up with a credit card payment dispute and will hopefully get my money back soon - will never ever use them again!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a phone on 30th December. Finally arrived after chasing numerous times on 22nd Jan. The phone was the wrong colour sent it back on 23rd Jan and they confirmed receipt of it on 28th it’s now 18th Feb and still no refund and no one returning emails. I used them before and they were OK this time they are absolutely terrible and to be honest I’m pretty sure withholding a refund when they have confirmed they have received the goods is not legal. I will be taking legal action against them unless I hear back from them to confirm my refund has been processed in the next two days. DO NOT USE!!!!!

These robbing Ba@#£&ds took my phone to fix near beginning of December. Still not got it back. Don’t use them for anything. They can’t be trusted! See you in court!

Do not buy from this company, absolutely woeful customer service take days to reply to my email and the phone itself took 3 weeks to come! The FaceID now isn’t working and QMF totally refuse to accept responsibility for it. Genuinely just don’t bother and shop anywhere else!

STEER CLEAR!! I ordered an iPhone 4/01/20. Received it 7/01/20 but it wasn’t unlocked, had someone’s SIM card in it and it was faulty. Returned it for replacement 11/01/20. Communication is awful....never get replies to emails. Still waiting for replacement or refund 17/02/20. Now in hands of my bank to get my money back.
