QMF ID 229707 The iPad I ordered arrived quickly using a decent courier who kept me advised of the delivery details. The iPad itself is better than the good condition stated. It looks brand new. I’ve bought from them before and am sure I will do again.

Don't use this company!! Thankfully I paid via PayPal so was able to get a refund on an iPhone that was completely disabled and unusable...

I ordered my phone which was needed ASAP waited weeks, in the end had to cancel the order, they then dispatched it anyway. Had to wait for it to arrive and then return the unopened handset, that was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not had a refund ( order 225022). I find a lot of thier reviews impossible to believe!,

These people are unbelievable, they just don't care,they take your money and do zero. They do this weird thing where they actually respond to your complaining email promising immediate action and then ......nothing again. It's like they don't understand why you are complaning about not getting what you paid for and they hope you will just go away.

Very poor - ordered a ‘pristine ‘ iPhone 8 Plus. Despite repeated promises that they would do their ‘utmost’ to ship it did not. After 3 weeks I had to cancel order and contact card company for refund. Ho hum, clearly did not have the product to sell!!

Ordered a good condition iPhone 6S and when it arrived it had a deep scratch right in the middle of the screen which I did not like so asked to return product. It took quite a while on the phone waiting for an operator but when I finally got through they were polite and helpful. I returned my iPhone a week ago as per their instructions and am still awaiting a response from them for a replacement.

Ordered a phone October 2019. It's now 6+ months later & still no phone or refund! Can never get threw on the phone & their emails back are a joke. Countless promises of a refund & yet still nothing!
