“Sold me a dodgey refurb phone, took over a month to send it out, battery kept crashing then the first time it got dropped the screen smashed to smithereens even though it had a protector on. Since it was broken the company wouldn't cover it even though it should never have smashed the way it did and was obvious bad quality. Awful, awful company. Do not buy from here”

“2 weeks after delivery. I asked then via email as I can’t find a contact telephone, they say they need to build the device and it will take another 1/2 weeks. This is a joke! I asked for my money back. I want to deal with decent people.”

“You should not transact with this company. I ordered a phone from them for christmas for my daughter since the 28th of November and upon till now I have not received the phone. My daughter was so disappointed that she didn't get a Christmas present. A company that doesn't have a phone for you to contact them is questionable. DON'T TRANSACT WITH THEM”

“Ordered a phone in ‘good’ condition, watched their YouTube video so I knew what to expect and it was anything but good! Screen scratched beyond belief! Returned within 2 days, no refund 2 weeks later and they are telling me I won’t receive a refund for at least another 2 weeks! How can they hold your money when they have the item back! Looking at other reviews I don’t think I’ll be getting it back any time soon either! Avoid at all costs!!!”

“Do not use this company. I ordered a phone at the beginning of December, for my daughter for Christmas. They couldn't give me a dispatch date, It still wasn't dispatched on the 20th. I had to order another phone from a different company. so I emailed and cancelled the order, the phone was still sent even though a email was sent saying it was cancelled. The phone arrived it was really poor quality. This company doesn't even have a phone number and they take ages to reply to emails. Do not buy from them.”

“Received item pretty fast, however it was not as described condition. Was supposed to be A+ but there was a chip in the screen and battery life was low. They replied to emails about asking for a return and refund. However once they received the item back they have not been in touch since about my money. They say a refund takes 14 working days, now on 20 with no response or money back. Now with my bank to obtain the refund for me. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.”

“THEY DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS OR MAKE DELIVERIES AT ALL. THEY MAKE DELAYS AFTER DELAYS AND ARE NOT AFRAID OF BANKS OR THE POLICE. THEY USE AUTOMATED RESPONSES VIA EMAIL AND THEYRE LIVE CHAT. THEY HAVE FAKE EMPLOYEES RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.”

“My son Phone ordered 1st December was told 7 day dispatch . Emailed Saturday to be told 1-4 days and phone will be dispatched. My son received email yesterday saying phone will not be dispatched before Christmas!!! I myself have emailed them and not had any reply . Not even having a phone number to contact the company is a complete joke . This is my sons Christmas present !! Will never ever use again and will take further action if needed !!”
