“I bought a iPhone-X as a Xmas present, received around 12-12-2019. QMF sold me an iPhone with faulty Ear Speaker / Receiver. QMF should have pre-checked during the Quality Testing. It took more than 4wks to resolve the problem that I was NOT responsible for. The service was completely unprofessional. I was not given any discount/refund for the whole inconvenience after asking. I will share my experience with my Social Media friends and I will never buy anything from QMF.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of the refurbished phone from this company. In addition their customer support team was very quick and competent to deal with a problem for cable and earphones. I have used them twice and will use them again.”

“Terrible! I received a phone with a battery dead! I sent it back and claimed a refund. It’s been over a month and still nothing! They keep saying it’s coming and they have some accounting delays! I’m about to contact a lawyer to have some advices. I totally don’t recommend them!”

“Would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I ordered two iPhones at the beginning of December . I was then emailed and told they won’t be delivered in time for Christmas and did I want to cancel I said yes . Still waiting for my money back even though they have told me twice I will receive it on this date and both times it’s not in my bank. Disgusting !”

“Phone would not activate due to an issue with the information not being available on the phone, I contacted QMF on more than one occasion and was sent the standard try factory reset, after I had said this dintnt work the first time. I have sine sent my phone back for a refund.”

“Ordered an iPhone x for a Christmas present. Took a bit longer to deliver than expected but it arrived in time and I was really impressed with the quality of the phone. Great value and works perfectly, would definitely use again.”

“Dispatched and delivered within their quoted timescale. Phones in very good condition only 1 or 2 minor blemishes. Phones have been in use a couple of weeks now with no apparent problems. Would use again.”
