“DO NOT USE OR BUY FROM THEM, I have made an order on the 3rd of may and still not received my iPhone. I have sent them 3 emails and no response. I am getting PayPal involved and advising them of this fradudaluant company. Thank god for PayPal. Total waste of time, if you need to order an iphone go through eBay or amazon and do not use this waste of time company!!!!!”

“had to wait a long time on the phone to try to speak someone about the phone order started as number four in the line forty-five mins later got to number 10,ordered on thurs 14 april got it on thurs 9 may,very poor allround.”

“Great! Said it could be 10 days - and it was - so no problem there. Bought pristine iPhone 6s and it is perfect, with trimmings! Unfortunately the charger was temperamental so I emailed and - hey presto - a new one dispatched without a fuss. Great product, great service. Thank you”

“Glad with the service - yes, it too a bit longer than I had thought intitally, and panicked, read these reviews and thought I had probably been scammed. Wrong. I just needed to wait a bit longer, and resist the urge to get abusive. All my emails were replied to IMMEDIATELY. You can t reach anyone on the phone line, which I think people worry about. Anyway - I can say that I would and will, use them again.”

“Sincerely, this company is bad! I placed an order since the 1st of May, and it's yet to arrive still. They never reply emails, they never pick calls until about an hour later. Even worse, they never give updates or explanations as to the reason for the delay. A very regrettable experience tbh! Would totally not recommend! Save yourself the stress and keep away!”

“It took over 2 weeks to arrival and when we open the case the conditions of the phone was not what we expected. I have ordered pristine condition, but the sockets were dirty and scratches by the camera. Most importantly the photo got really hot after use it for a while more then other iPhone that I have used. I end up send it back to QMF, currently waiting for a refund. Apparently take up to 30 days!!!! Not recommend.”

“I bought this phone 13 working days, almost THREE WEEKS ago and it still hasn't turned up. Nobody answers the phone, customer service sends the same generic message every time you email if at all. The only response I get is an apology to say we lots of delays and yours will be posted in 1-4 days! Ridiculous”
