“Hubby and I both bought a good to excellent condition iPhone X from Quick Mobile. I had a confirmation email straight away and my phone arrived in great condition within a couple of days. Hubby ordered same phone in a different colour and didn’t receive confirmation straight away and got no replies to several attempts to contact the company. However email came a few days later and phone arrived a few days after that in great condition. Would have put his mind at rest if a reply of some sort had been made but other than that I have no complaints.”

“iPhone as described no issues as of yet. Cant fault quick mobile fix but the courier service not the best. Delivery between 9 and 5 monday to friday couldnt give a time. Make sure your delivery address is manned during those hours as once i had placed my order couldn’t change delivery address.”

“Generally the main item (iPhone 7 full bundle) was as described, but the box was ripped, did not come with manuals etc. and two of the accessories were not genuine Apple products. I would have expected the product to be in as new condition if described as “Pristine”.”

“I missed my parcel when the delivery person first attempted to deliver my parcel, there was no card left for me to sort out a re delivery, so I had to go on there website to find there contact details, they kept me on hold for a very long time and when u think someone is going to answer, they pick up the phone and hang it up, they only answer to emails which doesn’t sound right to me, When I finally received my phone after speaking to someone online they send the wrong colour which was white and I ordered a blue phone, Apart from that it was in good condition and good working order and my son loves it.”
