Absolutely disgusting treatment. I am going to a solicitor today if I do not receive my refund.

Please do not waste your time or money using this company. It is better to save the extra couple hundred pounds and go to a physical phone store or online store with a better reputation. I have tried to be patient with the current lockdown situation but it seems this company has chosen to exploit the situation causing its customers more time, hassle and money then it was worth. I ordered my phone on the 21st August reading and understanding it could take up to 10-14 working days, although their wording leads you to believe this to be an unlikely timing and it should be much less time. I then chased them on day 10 to inquire how soon I would likely receive the phone and if there were any delays. To which they said they were still within the timeframe but the current climate would impact delivery. I asked then why I was not informed sooner so that I could make the decision whether to request a refund or not. They have yet to give me an acceptable answer to this. Instead I am now told it will take at least another 14 days for a refund and still may take longer due to the current situation. Now I am finding it difficult to understand how they have neither the money I have already paid them or the phone for which I have paid them! It has cost me my own business income to be without a phone for so long, they have caused me unnecessary stress with their lack of customer service and general incompetence. It is precisely companies like this that give online purchasing such a bad reputation and drive customers away from smaller online companies. Extremely disappointed and will be taking legal action to refund for time, money and anguish. They have essentially held my money for over a month with and all I have received is a lesson on their incompetence.

After reading the negative comments I thought the company couldnt be that bad; I was wrong; I cannot stress this enough, do not use this company, after chasing up my order I was told this would be send the following week, this went on for over a month and finally they ended up cancelling my order without telling me; now I have to wait for a refund, which I imagine wont arrive anytime soon. Terrible company, I should have paid attention to the comments.

Awful, will never use again. I was promised a full refund within 14 days and had to wait for months on end and was out of pocket. You can't do that to people.

I have had to return my refurbished iPhone 7plus twice as the microphone does not work properly. Numerous emails to advise that I require a replacement by midday Monday 14th September or a full refund as my phone is required for my business. To date I have still not had a reply. If I do not receive a reply tomorrow (Friday 11th September) I will be taking this matter further.

Paid £600 for a 'pristine iPhone 11 Pro max. Condition itself was fine, the phone however, the battery health was 84% the touch screen failed sometimes and the screen kept flicking in-between different pages, and sometimes when typing half the letters would go missing. The camera was scratched and the speaker was crackling. Wouldn't buy from there again.

The battery on the phone I received malfunctioned within a matter of weeks. Also the cable I ordered and paid for never arrived!

What is it that you do not understand that by taking £159.99 from our credit card on 23/06/2020 instead of £139.99 as you agreed by your email you have acted fraudulently and you are still refusing to process our refund of £20.00. Our order ID305049 23/06/2020 Your email 24/06/2020 offering £20.00 refund for supplying different iPhone from our order Our email 25/06/2020 accepting your offer The contractual position of offer and acceptance is clear and we have completed a case file with Resolver as requested so why have you not honoured our contract and issued the £20.00 refund to our credit card as agreed. We are unable to contact you by telephone as according to your answerphone you have disconnected it. Your customer service team have promised to contact me several times but not have not made contact. You have previously informed me by email 17/07/2020 that you have processed our refund but we have received nothing. We have tried repeatedly to communicate with you by email but nobody in your organisation is interested in honouring our contract. Therefore the only conclusion for us is that your organisation is utterly untrustworthy and we shall be reporting your behaviour to the Competition & Markets Authority and the Ombudsman.

Phone didn’t arrive, requested refund and still waiting !! Do not order from this company ! Any positive reviews are obviously self generated ,see trust pilot for a real overview of this company ! I will be posting a negative review every day until my refund is received ,hopefully this will counteract the fake reviews on here !

Let me tell you my horrible experience of this criminal company. I paid for an iPhone 7 on 13th of August, they sent me a confrontation email that I will receive it by 3/5 working day. Waited for one week no phone no email from them to tell me what was going on. So I sent them a email every day on the second week, still no reply. Then I started to write reviews on Trustpilot, they replied my automatically on that platform saying that I should contact their customer service which I am doing every day. They do that just because it is a open platform . Yet no reply as usual. Then I went to my bank to get the payment refund, after I have paid for 2 weeks, they asked me what have I ordered. I told them what it was . Then they told me to wait for another 5-10 working days but I refused and asked for a refund. Then it was the last time I heard from them. I called this company criminal because they put up something to sell but they don’t have the stock and just take the payment and disappeared. Refuse to send the phone, refuse to refund, refuse to communicate, that is a day light rubbery. If you have plenty of money , give it to charity rather.

Sent me an iPhone 6 instead of an 8, and said it was my responsibility if it got lost/damaged on return. It got lost and no communication from QMF so had to get my refund through the credit card.

I have been extremely disappointed with this company. Phone was faulty when delivered. I returned it for a refund, protracted communication followed, I still don’t have my refund, purchase was made in June, now September. I would not recommend this company.

My refund was due today after placing the order 5 and a half weeks ago and they promised I would get the money today. Surprise surprise the money is not in my account and when I contact live chat they say contact them by email because they dont deal with refunds and when I contcat them by email I get very little information. Then I got an email today saying I will get my refund on the 6th of October 9 weeks after originally ordering it. GIVE ME MY REFUND NOW.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, ordered a phone that came faulty so sent it back for a refund. Over 2 months later they still aren’t providing me with a refund. STAY AWAY!
