“I’m being a bit presumptuous as it’s a present for my husband’s birthday & that’s not until 22nd March so it won’t be set up before then. But it's the 3rd product I have bought from your company so I’m trusting that this one will be as good”

“First refurbished mobile phone purchase, extremely good deal on iPhone X. It is in perfect condition and working order. Delivery very straightforward. Of course remains to be seen how strong the warranty is if any problems, but so far no reason to believe the experience would be other than good.”

“Ordered a phone on the 22nd of January 3 weeks later still no phone and kept giving me the same excuse that there was a problem with quality control. Asked for a refund and 3 weeks later still no refund! I had to go through my bank to get money back. They never reply to emails and you can’t speak with them over the phone. Avoid this company at all costs. Professional con artists!”

“I would not use this company, I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for my phone, they said if not out last week it would be the beginning of the week, I still have no phone and no one is responding to any emails messages or complaints”

“3 weeks have passed and yet still no phone. Got a message last week saying if it’s not out this week beginning of next. We are now at the end of the week and still no phone. No one has answered my emails, messages or complaints. I would never get anything from quick mobile fix again. And would advise anyone not to use them. They take the money from your bank and you don’t hear anything for weeks. What to do next, any suggestions?”

“Horrific company, avoid like the plague. Do not do business with this outfit. I ordered a phone, after it didn’t arrive with in the 7 day period, they couldn’t tell me when it was to arrive, they ignored numerous emails. I cancelled the order after 3 weeks, they said I would receive a refund within 14 days..... I ordered the phone at the end of December 2019 cancelled the order on the 14th January 2020 And I have still not received my refund March 5th 2020. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.”
