“Avoid!!!! Ordered my phone on Feb 26th, still not here. They say there is a quality control delay but yet keep sending out ads everyday to my email and not mentioning on their website that there is a huge delay , don’t bother and order somewhere else! Not a very reliable service”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give it a 0 I would. SHOCKING SERVICE. I purchased 2 iPhones (XS MAX) in January, on their website delivery said 7 working days. After 7 days I got in contact with them, they didn’t even respond. 2 months went buy and I sent over 10 emails and still I hadn’t received ANY response. I got in contact with the finance company and they told me that they’ll investigate. Long story short it’s now been over 10 weeks and I’m still without a phone and I haven’t had A single response from quick mobile fix. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If you look at other reviews you’ll find the same thing. I chose to ignore it please do not ignore!”

“Bought an iPhone from them arrived within the time frame they gave me. The phone had an issue but they were quick to provide me with a fix. Very pleased with the purchase and customer service.”

“I've only just (this morning) received a new SIM so I haven't had a chance to use the iPhone8+ yet, but just handling it and loading music and apps onto it seem fine. Previously I had an iPhone 5S from Quick Mobile Fix and that worked well for me too.”

“Ordered phone... gave them 23 days to deliver .. asked for a refund as it was taking the P... it's been 14 working days still no refund .. they have now said I have to wait until 29th April for refund!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET iT!!!”

“They accpeted an order and then told me they didn't have stock. Then 3 weeks later I'm still having to chase them for a refund!!! Disgraceful service - Avoid at all costs!!”

“Would give 0 stars if I could. Appalling service. Waited 3 weeks for phone as promised will be sent out as despatch issue. Requested refund. Advised refund in 14 days. 3weeks later nothing. Was advised will be within 3 days. 17 days later nothing. no communication, just generic 1 line email response. Pursuing refund thru bank. Wait of time, joke of a company. Please do not buy. Will honestly regret it. Shockingly bad sevice. Absolute cabbages. AVOID!!!!!!!”

“DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!!!!!! If I could give no stars if I could. I am due a large refund as they could not deli ever a phone to me on time, and a month later they still have no transferred me the money!! I am a student and can not afford my rent as a result!”

“Placed an order in Feb, payment taken on credit card. After 2 weeks it was apparent they couldn’t fulfill the order so we cancelled and were promised a refund in 14 days. Today, nearly 4 weeks later contacted them and were ‘assured’ refund would be issued by end of April ! More than 2 months for a refund, we shall pursue through credit card company. Ordered same goods, same price from a competitor which arrived in two days.”
