I am not happy they could not supply the colour I ordered so I accepted another colour as I needed a phone quickly.. Very difficult to make contact especially by phone ..

Phone in good condition and working well. Delivery was longer than I thought it would be.

Was ok but could have made the payment quicker. My partner was made an offer and when he sent his phone to them they only offered half of the estimate,saying the phone was damaged when we both know that it wasn't! Would I recommend them? Not really

Phone took 10 days to arrive. I was not notified of late delivery until after the 7th day by which time the phone should have arrived. You need to do more to keep customers informed well in advance especially if there are problems with stock/expected delivery date. The phone itself is fab.

Took longer than other sites I've used before, but got a good price. Received payment about 2 weeks after sending handset. Better communication needed as I wasn't informed phone had been received and had to email to find out.

I ordered the iPhone 7 grade A with basic bundle. The phone it’s self can’t fault it at the moment but the bundle that I paid for I didn’t receive what I should of, the usb cable never worked, I never received the pin to be able to open the iPhone sim piece. So I paid an extra £30 for a screen protector that was even temper glass. I did email but never get a response. I’m also ment to have received a free gift for doing surveys but also again nothing. If you want a good phone buy it just on its own without a bundle package deal as you’ll be disappointed.

Great value for money communication is poor. Very difficult to get through to customer service and address a problem especially if the item does not arrive when stated.

Service wasn't as quick as advertised. I was expecting same day payment as advertised once the phone has passed its inspection. Couldn't get through via the phone at all. Best form of contact is their social media who were very helpful. It took 9 days to receive payment after the recieved my phone. They honoured the estimate, paid in full. Just need to work on customers expectations.

Good iphone as described, very happy with it. They didn’t dispatch until 6 working days. I can’t complain (they say up to 7 working days in their web page), but does it really require 6 working days to dispatch an iphone?
