I have purchased phones from Quick Mobile Fix twice now, I was impressed with the quick delivery and the standards of the goods when received, I will definitely continue to be a customer.

Dishonest, liars, timewasters. If you want a terrible stressful experience these are the people to use. I will be reporting to the Council, Trading Standards and companies house. I am still awaiting a refund for an unfixed item of £38.99 I am now being ignored via email.

I purchased a phone in late September received it faulty sent item back early October and still no phone said it was posted back to me on 6.12.19 however lost no refund or replacement back ask to speak with management and still no reply otimated emails excuse after excuse can't afford to replace my phone with out refund would never recommend purchasing a phone from this company as no phone no. Customer service is awful I feel like I have been stolen off quick mobile fix I want my money back and a member of your management to call me

Ordered one phone which took over 14 working days to arrive. Ordered a second but cancelled immediately, still waiting on a refund from 17/11/19. Ordered third time on the 29/11/19 and QuickMobile mailed me tonight saying the order won’t be here until after Christmas after giving a guarantee it would arrive this week. Absolutely shocking service and zero faith in their lack of ability to deliver items in their stated guidelines. I’m now owed a phone and a refund for another on top. Look elsewhere.

I had massive problems with this company. Bought phone in October 2019 and waited weeks for delivery, phone lasted 1 week and developed 2 faults, returned on 25th October. Took them a month to diagnose phone couldn't be repaired, replacement arrived today 17/12/19, 3 months to get a working phone, I wonder how long this one will last. If it develops a fault they will be given time to sort it, after that it will be the small claims court to recover my money plus expenses, will cost them a packet. I would not buy from them again, can only be a matter of time untill thay go to the wall

They are holding onto nearly £400 for products that never were delivered. Admitted liability and said money would be forthcoming.......still waiting!!!!

YOUR COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! YOU'VE CHARGED ME £350 FOR AN ORDER IN OCTOBER WHICH HAS NOT BEEEN DELIVERED YET, AND DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK FOR A REFUND DUE TO YOUR INABILITY TO DELIVER, I'VE HEARD NOTHING BACK!!! I AM NOW REPORTING THIS COMPANY AS HIGH RISK FRAUD TO MY BANK AND WILL BE SUBMITTING REVIEWS EVERYWHERE ONLINE!

Ordered 2 I pads recieved one then got email telling me they had cancelled the other one and would issue a refund that was 3 weeks ago now not answering any mails , which is such a shame as the 1 I pad I have is in great condition. These were Xmas presents ordered in plenty of time I will not be using or recommending this company again and have been in touch with trading standards who advised that everyone who is having problems do the same

Ordered a refurbished iphone 8 champagne gold, so happy with the condition. the slightest mark on the bottom and I barely notice it (I have OCD so i’m happy it wasn’t worse). really recommend here x

Very disappointing lead time/ supply turnaround for this day and age. Part of my phone order did not arrive having waited almost 10 days for the phone. Ok it’s pointed out it’s in their t&c’s. But why take the funds than? Very limited contact availability, yet my funds were taken at point of order, which irritates me, surely they should not cash funds if they are not in a position to despatch what was sold as a stock order. Part of the order that did not arrive as there was no indication that the goods were not going to arrive. After I chased I was advised they were out of stock and would forward me goods when they were in stock.with no indication when that would be. No advance apology no advance warning no advance offer of refund or alternative. And several weeks on I’m still not aware when the rest of my order will arrive. The shoddy customer service overshadows the good phone we received. But nothing excuses bad customer service or bad manners in this age of technology. The whole process is impersonal inefficient for the consumer and suggests the second hand goods are not available to resell at the point of sale with the consumer. And I fully expected such an expensive item SHOULD have been signed for, not put through my door in a Jiffy bag.

I recently bought an iPhone 6 took nearly a week to arrive and when it did. It was faulty. Ordered another and that also was faulty. Never again.
