I was disappointed as the delivery time was longer than expected but overall phone good.

Ordered an iphone 7. It took two weeks to arrive (10 working days). I had to communicate with the customer service department for my tracking number and they replied to my email within a day. All in all, I am satisfied with the phone itself and the customer service.

I did buy a apple iPad from you I ordered a space grey one then you said I could have a sliver one then you sent me a galaxy iPhone instead of the iPad and backwards and forwards I managed to get my iPad in white I finally got what I won't

Purchase was successful but it was a lot of hassle to removed the iCloud on a locked phone that I had not used for several years.

From time I send to time money received was over a week, I used others and always under 5 working days, so you need to speed up, when you send payment change 48 to 2 hours

Paid out a very low price on one of the phones. As I had 2 phones to trade in I couldn't be bothered to reject the offer.

The phone did take a long time to get delivered and the battery on the phone is rubbish and dies very quickly.

You made returning the phone very easy, but your customer service could be better if staff would respond to questions as opposed to sending automated replies which don't answer specific queries.

Product in ok condition few scratches on screen which not had before usually scratches are on casing which is expected and delay in delivery caused some issues as not notified till late that there was going to be a delay.

I had a problem with the time my repair took/lack of communication and wrote a negative review. A week or so later I was contacted by quick mobile fix customer service who apologised and gave me a refund of £10 (against a £50 spend). Certainly a step in the right direction. I might consider using them again, but I would need to see via the reviews that their service had acutely improved.
