“I order a phone for my son on 20/02/20 for his birthday on 25th febrile did not arrive so spoke to them online chat there said there really busy got to 13/03/20 still no phone there told there really busy every week I contact them. So I cancel the order on 13/03/20 there said it will take 14 works to be refund so wait 14 working day still no refund contact them and there said it will be 7/05/20 before I get my refund. This company a joke I’m report it to trade standards”

“I bought a phone which was supposed to be in pristine condition but it came with a charging cable that did not work. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix and despite being promised a new one it has not materialised in the last 2 weeks. I have had to order another from Apple.”

“I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus at the weekend and on Monday 16th March, it was dispatched. The delivery took 10 days, because UPS messed it up completely. Quick Mobile Fix Customer Service was prompt and collaborative in resolving the delay. The phone works very well. I’m totally satisfied with the quality for the price tag of £300. I recommend Quick Mobile Fix.”

“OMG this company is a joke. ordered a phone for my sons 18th birthday present on the 2 march and still haven't received it. they keep saying quality control issues. well if you having quality control issues for nearly a month i suggest you get some new quality controllers. asked for a refund only to be told it will be 15 working days. very much dought i will see my money anytime soon. avoid avoid avoid”

“If I could leave zero stars I would!! Don’t trust or use this company. They took over 3 weeks to even send me a dispatch email after chasing multiple times, I cancelled the order and have now waited more than 3 weeks for a refund!!! Likely to get bank and trading standards involved. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!”
