“I returned the phone I paid for as it it didn't type and looked like it had been excessively used. They still haven't paid my money back to me and have completely ignored all of my emails asking them to return my money. They now now send me special offer emails with mention of even receiving any emails. Unbelievably and blatantly rude, I feel like I've been brushed off.”

“Avoid this company.... After having purchased an iPhone 6 for my daughters birthday all looked good on arrival , but once she started to use it the screen would freeze & you could do nothing with it apart from to turn it off Contacted them & they assured me it would be repaired in 7-10 day’s & sent back , well that was a lie . I have chased the company many times to be fobbed off with they have a delay in the technical department but rubbish more like they have no clue on how to fix it . They robbed me off my money more like & now as a customer Have no phone & no money. Avoid this company at all costs ...”

“AVOID!! After buying and PAYING an iPhone 8 Plus last September the 8th, and not receiving anything but excuses for a month, I canceled the order and as of today 26th November I am still waiting for my refund. If you care about your hard earned money, buy elsewhere.”

“The iPhone 7 I bought was sent out on the 8th working day. It arrived the next day and I am so pleased with it. Due to the negative reviews posted by others I contacted the company. I am pleased I trusted the representative who responded to my concerns and had the patience to wait for what is an excellent phone at a really good price.”

“Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service! My order failed (technical glitch their end) and I was assured no money would be taken from my account, the following day the money WAS taken from my account! Having no joy getting a refund from quick mobile fix so have now got my bank involved!! This company doesn’t even deserve the one star rating! I’d avoid at all costs”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I purchased a second hand iPad and quickly realised as I was setting it up the latest software updates on this iPad didn't support an app I wanted to download for my son. Quick Mobile Fix allowed me to exchange it for a different model and the process was quick and smooth. Really happy with the service and will happily recommend!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Paid for iPhone screen repair, charge cable and screen protector two weeks later and several messages To The so called customer services and still no products and a broken screen. No apologies and still fighting to get a refund. Currently £52.98 down and having to pay elsewhere to get the phone fixed.”

“Stay away from this site. They say they have phones.... The phone was never delivered. They keep you awaiting for weeks more than 1 month on my case... But even if you ask full refund... They disappear... No reply at all... I had to contact visa for my full refund. The guy in visa told me other guys had the same issue with the same website. Just stay away”
