“Sent phone off for repair as it was till under warranty. Took over a month for a decision to replace it. Not great communication and organisation of timings and dates. Phone is good now.”

“Zero communication … take order then nothing, when chased after couple of weeks it has been delayed followed by cancelled, followed by "14 days to process refund". Not prepared to cash flow the company - will be raising dispute with credit card company Avoid”

“ordered phone end February for delivery within 2 weeks, no phone arrived then asked for a refund which was expected within 14 working days, that's passed, no phone no refund its now 17th April, REALLY BAD COMPANY do not deal with them”

“DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX. They will take your money and you won’t get a phone for 8 weeks. Worst service ever. You can’t even phone them.”

“1st April 2020 ordered and paid for a phone. I understand there has been a bank holiday weekend and coronavirus hasn’t helped yet we have ordered goods from other online companies who have delivered on time. However nothing from quick mobile fix, cannot find a phone number for them and vague response when I have emailed. Yet reading theIt reviews plenty of people have received a good service, so quick mobile fix can deliver a good service but they chose not to with every customer.”

“Received my phone which is a present for my daughters 18th birthday .turned it on to check battery life which is only 84%email quickfix five times to ask why it's not a 100% and had no replys off them at all .just this asking me to write a review. Will not be buying again.”

“Order ID285047 This company should be avoided at all cost. They will take your money and never deliver. I have been waiting for a refund of the £469 I paid for a phone on 1st March 2020. I never got a phone and have not received my money”

“Still waiting for a phone that I ordered on 19th March. Have emailed them countless of times but their reply is alway”please allow us 1-4 working days to do a quality check” I’m pretty sure quality checks are supposed to be done as soon as the phone has arrived to their warehouse not after people have bought it. I’m not planning on getting a refund since many people have said that they don’t receive their money back.”

“Unbelievably bad! The phone I bought was broken when it arrived so I sent it back to be repaired (I was told it would be better to fix a known fault rather than request a replacement). I have since spent the past 2 weeks just trying to get them to confirm that they have received the phone and to give me an idea on when it will be sent back but they seem unable to answer these basic questions. The worst customer service I have ever received! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.”

“Disgusting customer service!! I am still without a working phone despite it being 13 days since I had the phone delivered and 12 since I brought it to your attention!! When I am trying to keep thing afloat at work this is making my life really difficult and I have tried the phone lines and emailed various times and even messaged on facebook! I think i have been more than understanding but I really need a replacement!”

“Very impressed with this service. Fast dispatch (received mine the next day), handset was in very good condition (bought the lowest quality model but actually came in very good condition), and very good value. Would definitely recommend over giffgaff and/or reseller shops I.e. cash converters. 5*”
