Ordered a pristine 6S plus and it was exactly that, delivered in 7-10 days. Very Happy, why pay the extra for a new new phone.

I bought a phone with the impression it would be dispatched within 7 working days... 14 at the latest.. I have waited 17 working days. After sending various emails to the company expressing my concerns, I have had very brief responses. Don’t expect this company to keep you up to date with where your product is. I still have no clue where my phone is and so I shall be cancelling my order. Please, I advise anyone thinking of using this company to avoid it!

I ordered a phone and then reliesed I had ordered the wrong 1 phone up and spoke to someone told me it would take 14 days before I got my money back know been 3 weeks and still has not been repaid last time I will use them

Orded refurbished iphone and canceldd it two days later was given two different dates for refund none arrived had to do claim back on my credit card took my nearly 3 months to get my money back . would not use quick mobile fix ever again.

First time I put in a review, I put very good in the comments box as the product I brought was what I expected and happy with. The iPad came with a case which didn’t hold the pad which in turn fell out, I contacted your customer service who said they would replace the case, to this date I haven’t received it, hence my review down a notch. Thanks

Ordering a I phone 6's from Quick Mobile Fix was easy!, great condition as stated. The phone arrived with in a week of placing the order with plenty of notifications of when the phone was dispatched to arrival very happy with the phone and service thanks .

14 working days and still no refund. Ordered a mobile which was returned with an email confirming they received the mobile and my refund will be processed in the maximum of 14 working days. After which I have still not received my refund and have had no further contact from. Phone number very hard to find. Joke of a company.

Bought yet another second hand mobile phone for one of my kids. It was meant to be just good condition, but was fantastic - you wouldn't know it wasn't new - except it didn't come in a box or have the accessories, but she we those bits anyway from the old phone, as it was bought as an upgrade. Personally I don't think its necessary for kids to have the latest model until they can buy it for themselves. So buying these second had is a good solution for us.

After 3 weeks still no delivery, so I have cancelled my order with this joke of a company. Now instructed my bank to try and get my money back. Never come across a firm as poor as this bunch.

Placed an order for a refurbished phone costing £299.00. This was done on the 6th of October 2019. Funds were collected from credit card on the 8th of October 2019. Email was received from the company letting me know that the phone would be delivered within 7 working days and I was to wait 14 working days before complaining of non-receipt of item. Their website makes no reference to to the time span for delivery. After 15 working days, I sent an email requesting cancellation of order and requested full refund. They replied saying that the refund would be effected within another 14 working days. I believe that the company's practice can be described as that of a fraudulent nature. I believe that the company is selling items on its website that it does not possess while hoping that it is able to procure the required item and fulfill the order before it is too late. This is habit in my opinion is a deceitful act. Please check other reviews on this company and you will be amazed the number that are similar to mine. Please stare clear of this company, they are bad for business.

Ordered a phone for our son, which seemed ok at first but developed a fault so we sent it back for repair under the warranty. Since then, almost four weeks have passed and we have received no information. The first few emails I sent resulted in a standard reply asking me to wait 1 to 3 working days. Now they don't bother to reply at all. There is no way of contacting this company by phone. They advertise an online chat but I have yet to find anyone 'available to chat'. My advice to anyone is that you do not use this company.
