Took too long to arrive poor customer service

I ordered a phone and cancelled the order the next day before the order had even been confirmed. Despite this they still took payment and confirmed a refund would be issued within 14 working days. That was not issued and despite numerous emails and phone calls (with hour long waits) the situation was still not resolved. Currently trying to obtain refund via the credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The phone is very good but it took longer to arrive then they said it would, and there was no communication saying there was a delay.

Fantastic product, exactly as advertised. Very happy with my purchase. It took 6 working days to deliver, within their promised time allocation. It would be five stars if it had quicker delivery.

I always get my iphones from QMF and have never been disappointed with the service or iphone. I also like the security of the 12 months warranty. Good service- Good product- Good price and Good peace of mind. What is not to like

I ordered a phone over a month ago and it never turned up. UPS say it was delivered so I guess its mostly their fault but I have to say QMF’s customer service over the whole matter has been shocking and unhelpful. I’m hopeful it will get sorted eventually but I’m not happy with the way it has been handled.

Friendly service and went out of their way to fix my phone by the next day. They told me what to expect from my phone once it was fixed and rang me as soon as it was ready for pickup. They even lent me a phone whilst mine was being fixed.

Purchased iPhone 7 (good), slight crack in case but phone works well. Battery life could be better but to be expected as this is a refurbished iPhone. Would definitely recommend this as a cost effective way of replacing your phone. Would have been 5 stars but it took five days to dispatch even though item was in stock.

Horrible customer service. The phone is now two weeks late as of writing this and after contacting them via email they told me it would be put through priority last week however still says processing and now i am getting ignored by customer service

Avoid avoid avoid. They take your money, don’t supply goods and ignor your emails. Not a reputable company
