Phone took ages to even be processed/dispatched, had to send an email after it had been 10 days of hearing nothing about my purchase and the item eventually arrived a total of 16 days after I purchased it. That being said the phone is actually great condition and good as new. So I'm happy with the phone itself it was just frustrating that it took so long to arrive.

Just to let you know today is 28th of May and you guys garanteed I will receive the phone iphone 7 plus before day 30th of May the fourth time I tried to contact you as the other three were with no response from you, I just want to let you know writed that If I don't receive the phone before 30th of May and also a phone with the conditions you specify on the order (not less) I will take LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THE COMPANY and as I said you have taken the amount of my credit card too. Also If I don't receive the phone before the 30th, a part from the LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST YOU, you can keep the phone and refound me the money ASAP otherwise you will have TWO REPORTS TO THE POLICE from me instead of one.

Can’t believe how bad this company is , luckily only spent £60 on a phone , waited 3 weeks for my phone , now have a phone where the green freezes constantly and battery can cut out at anytime , am returning the handset and contacted my credit card to get my money back , do not use this company they never reply just automated email response , and amazed they are still allowed to trade !

They received my phone 21 days ago and despite numerous e-mails and phone calls am still being told that I will be contacted with an update. I keep asking what the problem is and I am told that there is no problem - it will be repaired in 24-48 hours, but I am still waiting!! Very frustrated, as have used QMF several times previously without a problem. Avoid!!!

NO REFUND NO PHONE AFTER 4 MONTHS !!!!! Can someone even tell if that is LEGAL !!! Had to cancel an order after waiting 8 weeks without a sign of it ,,, now I can't get a refund that was promised to be in my account on the 23rd TODAY. Very shady company and the absolute worst staff with no abilities at all. I will be taking legal advice now to see how I can get my money back. Terrible terrible service

They sold me FAULTY goods, have tried to fix the phone several times, damaged it in the process, BLAMED ME FOR IT, I want my money back but they have declined, almost 6 months this has been going on, ALL I WANTED WAS A PHONE THAT WORKED, DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

On arrival The phone was defective. I returned it under the 14 day policy but as yet I am still waiting to receive a refund.
