“this Company is a fraud. Please beware. I ordered a phone with a scratch on it and despite sending it back, quick mobile fix repeatedly ignored my emails to process a refund. They don’t have a number to call and no one is available on the web chat and their response to emails is shocking and only respond when they want your money. Don’t be fooled by their prices as they are selling you cleaned second hand phones that haven’t really been through any proper reconditioning. Avoid this company at all costs”

“Excellent customer service wrote back instantly, reassurance all there phones came on time and also phones in great condition cannot fault them do not listen to the bad reviews i was very nervous from them but i was proved wrong! Will defo buy from them again!”

“I read loads of reviews after ordering that filled me with dread. I was sure I had used a bogus company. I contacted customer services who responded quickly and informed me of est delivery. Luckily the reviews weren't true. The phone was delivered on time in immaculate condition. I am very happy with Quick mobile fix and their speedy service and great customer care.”

“I bought an iPhone 7 for my son for Xmas, product faulty on receipt. I contacted customer service and was advised that I would be sent a replacement once Quick Mobike Fix received the phone. Phone sent over a week ago and when I contacted customer services I was told I would need to wait upto 15 days for a replacement. Not good.”

“Continued issues with delivery date/dispatch, each email reply just lengthens the time they say dispatch of phone will be. 'Live' discussion is not monitored even though it says response time of 7 minutes! I have now cancelled my order and i get an email to say i shall be re-funded in next 14 days. It's really not good enough, Quick Mobile Fix have had my money for long enough without delivery, it does not take this long to make a refund....there are other companies out there with far better options, i advise to look elsewhere.”
