“Ordered IPhone 7 with full package on 17 March2019, Received phone 5 weeks later and am still waiting for lightening headphones and adapter even though I have been given assurances by two members of staff that they would be sent out immediately. Customer care is definitely not a priority in this situation”

“Avoid. Ordered a IPhone X. The estimate dispatch days came and went. Gave them 3 chances as their communication is very responsive to emails. After 3 weeks, I gave up and cancelled the order. Glad I paid with credit card as I could get money back easier that way. Went to music magpie and got better phone (XR) for a small amount more and it arrived a few days later.”

“Ordered an iphone 7plus rose gold in Excellent condition. Arrived in 9 days in good condition and worked fine. Wasn't contacted about when the phone was coming until the night before and didn't know when it was coming or if it even was so was hoping for more updates.”

“Bought a phone, went faulty after 3 weeks ! Sent it back to be repaired in January ... Still no phone ! (End of April) They don't reply to emails or return phone calls when they promise ! Definitely won't be dealing with them again .”

“Never buying a refurbished phone before I was a little concerned. however no need to worry the phone was classed a good condition when I got it was like new. It works great a good price and I got it within 3 days not including the weekend great service great product would recommend great experience.”

“I ORDERD A PHONE WHICH TOOK OVER 5 WEEKS TO TURN UP. EVERY WEEK A DIFFERENT EXCUSS WAS MADE. FINALLY THEY OFFERED A MEGAR £10 REFUND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WAS NEVER HONOURED EVEN 4 EMAILS LATER! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE SO MANY OTHERS OUT THERE.”
