Almost 8 weeks since I ordered a phone for my son’s birthday, his birthday has been and gone and still no phone, I keep emailing customer services and I keep being told it’ll be next week at the very latest! Had 3 phones off them in the past all in excellent condition but this is disgraceful and unacceptable!

I was asking for a refund still have not received my money it’s almost been 3 months. But the delivery was fast and customer service was good.

Absolutely appalling company - don’t touch them with a barge pole. Faulty phone sent end of June - still trying to obtain a refund. Bunch of crooks in my opinion.

Do not buy a refurbished phone from this company ! The customer service is diabolical ! The item will take ages to arrive and they will give you all sorts of excuses as to why it’s delayed,then when you ask for a refund because you can’t wait any longer they will tell you it takes 14 days for a refund !! Look on trust pilot and Martin Lewis web site for reviews in this company .

Purchased an iPhone 8+, very pleased with the phone. It was accurately described, it arrived before estimated date. The company are great.

Terrible service. Still waiting for a refund after returning phone three and a half months ago. Currently chasing up the refund and contacted an ombudsman to sort this mess out. Do Not use this company !

I am still waiting for my Refund this was the last contact from your company a month ago but I have not received my refund- Good evening, Owing to the current Government guidelines a few of our departments are working with limited staff numbers and some refunds are taking longer than usual. I have requested our finance department to look into your order and they have advised that you will be receiving your refund on or before the 27th of August I am aware this date is longer than our standard timeframe but I can assure you we are all working to ensure services to our customers are uninterrupted as much as possible. Ordered and phone start of july for my daughters bday and its now 26th of Aug and shes still without a phone i eventually cancelled my order and still have not got a refund so had to order a phone of another site and had it on 2 days

Terrible service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Bought a bundle, never got the earphones, they ignored all correspondence. Not had the phone very long and is now faulty. Buy from somewhere else instead.

Have been waiting over 2 months for a refund on a product that was faulty. Deadline for the refund keeps being put back and missed. Would not surprise me if I am still waiting for a refund in several years time. Baffling company.

terrible faulty phone can't get my money back they still owe me £160 and taking them to the small claims court. Please don't use you may get luck and get a phone that works but its down to luck not because they are a good business

I Bought a second hand I-phone 7 for my granddaughter from Quick Mobile Fix, very easy to order and delivery was within a few days. She had a problem with the phone a few months later, one email and a label arrived to send it back. I offered to pay if they considered it was her fault, they repaired it free of charge and sent it straight back out to me. The service is reliable, consistent and professional. Cannot speak highly enough.
