DON'T TAKE A RISK WITH QUICK MOBILE FIX! As so many others, I bought a mobile phone from QMF, but never received it. No response to any of my emails; only online chat with customer services who are friendly and appear helpful but only string you along ("next week"); after a few weeks I gave up and asked for a refund, which never arrived either. Luckily my credit card company gave me a full refund, I had bought another phone from QMF in the past that was actually very good, even though it arrived a few weeks late (it was meant to be a birthday present). It seems that they offer the full range of phones all the time, and then it is a gamble whether they manage to source the one you bought. They nonetheless keep hold of your money, and it is nerve wrecking to get it back. Dubious business model in my view. My advice: don't bother with QMF. There are other companies out there where you get your phone next day, with hassle-free customer service. When you do shop around, be suspicious of the ones offering the full range, they very likely won't have them in stock and you end up with the same issues. I ended up buying via a well-known online retailer marketplace, but even there you need to check the ratings of the actual seller. The one I found was very good; next-day delivery, and whilst the first "Grade A" phone had a faulty screen, they sent a replacement straight away, no hassle, no additional cost. If only QMF could get anywhere near that...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - sent my phone off for a screen replacement in February and received it back in APRIL, I sent countless emails and didn’t get a reply back to any of them. Also, once my phone has been returned, yes the screen was fixed, but the camera was completely broken. The Apple Store said it was because of someone messing with the screen (quick mobile fix!!). It will cost me £200 to fix the camera. THANKS A LOT

Ordered a front screen repair for a phone, took 10 days just for the protective packaging which cost more to arrive and then unclear instructions on how to send it back off, automated replies, and promised 24-48 hour service. Insistent on making us pay for the postage even though we were entitled to free postage. In total it cost £55 and I'm shocked about how we were treated. Highly suggest no one uses this site as now we're thinking that now we wouldn't of even gotten the phone back.

Took 257 pounds in April for two phones, items not received after weeks so I asked for a refund. It's now June and I'm still missing my money. Avoid this company

Do not buy from these people, they take your money don't deliver your mobile and don't give you a refund, they just send pointless emails saying we will dispatch your mobile soon as we can trust me DONT BUY FROM THEM

Awful awful company , they take your money and then won’t give it back . Don’t reply to emails , texts , messages , hundreds and thousands of unhappy customers don’t use them . Been investigated by council and trading standards , people having to get money back from there bank . Zero stars . Read articles in paper and online

Terrible i spent £3,000 on Ipads for my students in my class and haven't arrived they keep on giving me excuses due to Covid-19 but its been happening a lot longer than this. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I would score zero stars if I could. This company accepted and took payment for a phone on 25th April but never delivered it. Ignored my communication for some time so I cancelled order on 13th May. Advised refund would be within 14 days but as of today (4th June) still no refund. Numerous excuses have been sent by them, mainly blaming covid-19, but if you look at reviews previous to the pandemic you will see this was all going on way before this. Their customer service is shocking..avoid them at all costs.

I would award this company 0/0 stars if that was possible. I sent off my phone for repair almost a month ago and have had no updates since they received it. I've sent numerous messages via facebook, twitter, and email over the last week or so to try and get some info and have had no response. I paid £219.99 for a "quick mobile fix" and here I am still waiting for an update, let alone the phone itself...

Taking far to much time to refund me phone screen broke within 2 hours of turning the phone on had nothing but hassle trying to sort my refund been nearly a month since I sent the phone back

Nothing but con artists. I ordered a phone on 17 April 2020 delivery dates came and went, i complained and on 7 may 2020 was told that they didn't have a phone and didn't know when they would have one i canceled the order only to be told that it will take 14 working days for refund/ that came and went still no refund. 2 June was told that because of cover-19 the refund should be with me by 9 July 2020. Complaints go strait over there heads and i think they are trying to get as much money in before going to the wall leaving us out of pocket. I have already made a claim with the credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COST

You’d think a company would know that false advertisement is illegal. My “fully functional” phone can’t be used for calls unless it’s on speaker because the ear speaker doesn’t work when I’m on call. I also can’t listen to music, or anything else for that matter, through earphones because it just plays out loud. They tried to tell me that sometimes testing doesn’t show faults, I doubt it’s tested as these are two BIG faults. Absolute scammers, don’t bother buying from here.
