I bought an Iphone 8 from Quick Mobile Fix on the 9th of January, 2020. Unfortunately the UPS courier had not delivered it to my address until the 4th of February, when they finally left me a message to pick it up at their pick-up point. I contacted UPS and it turned out that they had been given the wrong delivery address from Quick Mobile Fix. I don't understand why they did not contact each other to solve the problem, and why I had to wait for almost 1 month to get my Iphone? in order to achieve better customer service, Quick Mobile Fix should pay more attention to providing correct delivery details and UPS should inform customers about cause of the delay, and the customer service of the 2 companies should communicate with each other.

Bought i-phone 10, took longer than promised to be delivered, and after only a few weeks the phone has locked out and won't start. Suspect dodgy chinese replacement screen..

I bought an I phone 6, it started overheating while charging... Dangerous and clearly not repaired to OEM standards. Sent it back and have been waiting months for a repair and they refuse to provide a replacement despite it being under warranty. Absolute joke, I would rather buy a cheap new phone than give this bunch of jokers another penny of my hard earned money.

DO NOT USE - Absolute joke. Do not use this so called company! Payed approx £550 at the beginning of January for a phone that eventually they couldn’t supply. I’ve emailed and messaged but struggled to get a reply. It’s now 6th March and am still waiting. Was told a refund would take 14 days Chased again and now told to wait until 17th March. Absolutely disgusting & a terrible service. They should not be aloud to trade Please do not use this company!!!

After my second purchase I’ll not be buying from quick mobile fix anymore as it took far too long for me to receive my phone.

I’m being a bit presumptuous as it’s a present for my husband’s birthday & that’s not until 22nd March so it won’t be set up before then. But it's the 3rd product I have bought from your company so I’m trusting that this one will be as good
