I contacted them in March as no refund paid They said there were delays in the returns department and I would be kept informed.

Bought an iPhone which turned out to be unsuitable for the purpose. Sent an email to customer service to ask about returns procedure and never got a reply. So £40 in the bin thanks

They say it is a free easy returns policy - BS!! Phone was not as advertised battery life was abysmal I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now and it still hasn’t come through every time you contact customer services they fob you off! Disgusting wouldn’t recommend to a single soul!

They won’t allow customers to call them; their chat service rarely works; they don’t respond to email in a timely manner; and their returns policy doesn’t meet the legal minimum requirement.

Purchased a refurbed phone. The Bluetooth didn’t work so I’ve sent it back to be fixed.
It was a birthday present for my daughter & now she has to go on holiday without it.
Return process wasn’t simple as u can’t open the returns form on an iPhone. Ironic. You can’t call them only email.
It’s yet to be returned fixed.

We ordered a phone, it came and half the screen did not work. You told us to do a factory reset which did not work so you sent us a returns label told us you had received it but now we are off the radar and you have not refunded us as I requested or sent another phone not good enough
