“Absolutely disgusted with the service from this company! I purchased a good condition Samsung s6 it came after 3 weeks then to find out the battery was faulty! Sent back device for a refund (which was 3 weeks ago) they emailed saying they received the device and I had to wait 14 days which it is now day 16, how dare they try and keep MY money.. ID223750”

“purchased phone had it for four days faulty battery, sent it back one and a half later still no phone, all this after waiting 45 minutes to get through in first place. Will not use again and would advise not to use this company.”

“Hi there, I’ve been waiting weeks for a new phone from this company after reading the reviews thought it would be ok. All you get is generic emails and their phone number doesn’t actually work. It was supposed to be sent out within 7 working days. They have until today to dispatch otherwise I will seek a full refund and purchase elsewhere. A shambles of a company - it would have been quicker to order directly from China! Here’s my order number QuickMobileFix ID229238 before you ask!”

“22 days and still no phone despite 3 dispatch emails. It seems the 1 star reviews are the genuine customers while the oh so glowing reviews are,somehow, fabricated and totally fake.”
