“DO NOT BUY from this company do yourselves a favour read trustpilot reviews twitter and Facebook, and the special Facebook page someone has set up for all the people who’ve had a bad experience !!!! Send out faulty goods then getting a refund for the not fit for purpose goods they ignore you so they get phone back and keep your money ......greaaatttt!! Might use this business model for myself........oh no I have a conscience!”

“Do not buy from this company! I brought a phone and never received it! And then this company refused to refund me I had to get my bank and trading standards involved to get my money back! AVOID this company!”

“Stay away from this company. I sent them a phone that was listed on their website as one they could repair. After they had it for three weeks they assessed it and found they could not repair that type of phone. It was sent back to me with the promise of a refund three months ago. In spite of repeated reminders, they still have not refunded my payment.”

“***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** I ordered 2 phones on 8th December 2019 and was then informed that I wouldn't receive them for Christmas. I cancelled the order on 18th December 2020 and am still waiting for my refund. They are now not replying to my e-mails.”

“I have aways had good experiences with my purchases from Quick Mobile Fix. I know what I am getting and on all the ocassion I have ordered everything has turned out well. One ocassion the product was not satisfactory and the returns process was straight forward. Can't really fault it. I held of from giving 5 stars due to the fact that I could not see the phone model I wanted to get other than that all good to be honest. Thanks.”

“The phone received after 2 months is faulty I will be returning it and it will leave my partner who I bought the phone for without a phone I just hope that you will upgrade to a excellent replacement when you receive the faulty phone”

“Appalling service. Ordered a phone bundle and it took around 2 weeks to arrive, didn’t have all the bundle contents and the microphone didn’t work so I took it to apple for a test and they said it had failed it’s microphone test in October last year and shouldn’t have even been resold. Didn’t advertise a fault so sent it back within a week and was told a refund would take up to 14 working days, it’s now been longer that and still nothing. Also have no phone contact number and emails take ages to get a reply. Overall terrible service from a very dodgy website, wouldn’t recommend getting anything from here.”

“I bought a used Apple iPhone X - Space Grey - (64GB) - Unlocked - Good Condition for £347.99 on 22/01/2020. I got an email confirmation about the order on the same day and their website mentioned that they will send the product in 7 working days. I didn't get any phone in the 7 days. I contacted them and they said initially they will send in 7 days. When I contacted after 7 days, they started telling 7-10 days. But their website clearly mentioned 7 working days. So I requested for refund as their website says that if an order is not shipped and customers can ask for a refund . They emailed on Feb 3rd saying that they will refund the money in 14 days. I contacted them on Feb 20 and they replied today saying that they will refund only on March 3, 2020. Now I checked many review sites and found that they are scamming people by telling different dates. Now if I wait for March 3, 2020, they may say another date and so on /Or they may say refund is already processed and you will get in 14 days etc.”
