“Was ok eventually. The first phone I got was dead I ordered EE and it was locked on O2? But we all make mistakes overall I’m happy. The second one is fine thank you. Paul.”

“My only quibble would be that on receiving the watch back it appears the stainless steel casing is badly scratched. I appreciate that there was some minor scratches on the watch before I sent it but it appears to be far worse? Also lots of excess glue left around the stainless steel casing which probably enhansed the appearance of the scratches. Apart from that replacement glass all looks good and watch is working.”

“I was promised a delivery in 10 working days. I had to push hard to get my order ‘prioritised’ and then it arrived by about day 12 or 13. However, once it arrived I was very pleased with the item. One other part of your website described repairs (I think) within 24 to 48 hours. Then you read carefully and it says ‘working’ hours. Does that mean 3 to 6 working days = up to a week and a bit? Very misleading. I think your turnaround timings leave alot to be desired.”

“Order 183985 Phone was in good condition and price is reasonable, however could be clearer about shipping times before the order is placed 10 working days is too long , the item showed in stock but wasn’t, you should be more transparent with your customers”

“Delivery of phone took too long. 11 working days, which is over 2 weeks. That being said, the actual phone itself is banging!!! Very good condition and is fully operational, not wanting to jinx it, but the phone is excellent qualitysnd I’m very happy with it!!! You do need to get your items out sooner though, it was a nightmare waiting for my phone to arrive!”

Hello The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer, however, you accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed. “Did have to chase for update as was a day over recommended delivery time frame, but did always get a response. Ordered a iPhone 6 refurbished excellent condition option, Phone arrived as ordered, but does seem a bit temperamental at times and had few issues with speaker via video messaging But not sure if being refurbished I should expect a few problems?”

“My mobile phone finally arrived and has worked well. However, the customer service is really poor, the phone number they supplied, never once worked, and I don't think I would buy from them again. They will lose many potential customers if they don't improve their customer service and speed up the delivery time.”

“Service was good but was disappointed with price I was quoted for my device. It was a good condition and I had been previously quoted a higher price before I posted it. I just went with the renewed quote as I didn't want the fuss of having to post it onto someone else.”
