Tortuous process to sell a phone for £5.

The time it took to receive the money was absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't keep chasing you I probably would never have received it.

The phone ordered has very low volume so you can’t hear the person talking. This is a pain as it means I will now have to ring and send back when this should have been checked before posting out as a newly refurbished

I had to battle for the price you agreed, then I was told my goods were not up to my description, which they were, then I was promised vouchers if I left a review which I have not received?

Bought a phone on 25/04/2018 arrived 27/04/2018. Sent back for a faulty screen the following week to see what they thought of it and to get it sorted as per the warranty. I was emailed to say my phone arrived back to them on 03/05/2018. Have had no updates on the phone whatsoever, only 'we will get in touch with you shortly' and 'please allow an extra 2-3 working days'. Its been nearly a month since, and am on the verge of asking for a refund. But from reading some of these reviews it seems my trust was misplaced and that i might not even get one.

I did not realise it would take so long to receive my phone this should have been made clearer upon purchase. The helpline was a nightmare to get through to. Now the phone is not working and will have to be sent back FOR REPAIR!!!!! Not happy certainly won’t be buying from here in future.

I was quoted one price then after review the price dropped by over half which was fine i wanted a quick sale. Unfortunately it took over a month and a lot of back and forth for me to receive my money. The staff were helpful to a point but they took a long time to sort out my issue. Because of this I will not use this service again

I bought a second hand Iphone and was quoted 3-4 days , I was off to Ireland a week after but the phone had still not arrived until I returned 14days after order. All automated answer replys and to cap it all the price had dropped in the mean time, no compensation offered. Will not use you again.

2 phone's submitted 1 was perfect but online quoted price reduced so really a waste of time. Second phone actually had a cracked screen protector but Mobile Fix just paid reduced price for damaged phone as declared but didn't own up to the fact it was just screen protector cracked when they inspected. Complete Rip off never ever will use again!

Sold my phone to them. Despite arrival, didn't get paid until over 2 weeks later. Absolutely rubbish communication and phone always engaged.

ordered on the 25th of April didn't arrive till 8th of May, expected a far better delivery time! When I opened box the phone was already switched on, so bang goes your advice to charge a full 10 hours before use! hopefully I will not suffer bad battery life? and then to cap things off who ever put the screen protector on didn't care about the way it looked! the amount of bubbles on the the screen would have gave an Aero bar of choclate a run for its money. I have ordered several phones in the past from you this may be the last, not happy at all..

Order no ID 161296 ordered iPad & cover 20th April, they were lost at the first hub. Phoned APC delivery & they have never received it. After phone calls and emails to you still not resolved, nobody gets back to you when they say they will be in touch the next day. Have spent so long on the phone trying to get through as well. I would like a full refund and compensation for phone bill !
