“Great phone, took bit long to arrive”

“I was notified that there would be a delay in receiving my phone and my heart began to sink. I contacted customer service via email and they were very attentive. The phone I purchased arrived thereafter quickly and it was as described in “excellent” order. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service. I would use this company again.”

“Excellent product and good service! Second time using this company. I ordered a refurbished phone in good condition- only mark was a small dent on the edge which is covered by the case, it now has on. It took longer to arrive than the original week but they did email me to let me know.”

“Purchased a refurbished Iphone 7 plus. It arrived as planned. I would have rated them very good but for a slight problem - the supplied charger cable did not work, and the replacement was sent in an unstamped envelope incurring a £2 charge before I could collect it.”
