I am very happy with my phone. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I would have given Very Good except I ordered a case to go with it that didn't arrive. There was no explanation of this and I have had to contact the company a few times to find out what happened to it.

Phone arrived as described, in 'pristine' condition. Easy ordering process, including finance options, and competitively priced. However, the earphones included in the phone bundle I purchased were missing from my order, when it arrived. I contacted Quick Mobile Fix who apologised and said they would ask the warehouse to dispatch immediately. Nothing arrived. Contacted them again and asked to send the missing earphones. No response to this, just a message to say they had refunded £5 to compensate me for the missing earphones. I messaged again to say I would prefer to receive the earphones, as ordered. No go. Just £5 refund. I am unable to find earphones of similar quality (including postage) for £5. I am not happy with the end result and not having my original order honoured, as paid for.

I have used Quick Mobile Fix before and found them very efficient which is why I returned for this purchase. Only been using the phone for a short while now but no problems and condition of the refurbished phone is good.

Once the 10 day delivery had passed , I chased to find out where the phone I had ordered was and was told by email as there is no contact number for this company that it was in testing and would be a further week , a week passed and I was told it would be dispatched in the next few days , this did not happen , I cancelled the order 21 days into waiting , they have stopped replying to my emails and the bank is now handling my refund avoid !

Like most people on here I ordered a phone and then told it had failed QC checks and would be sent out the following week which it wasn't Numerous emails then asked for refund which again didn't happen in the end got my bank involved and they did a charge back within a week Dont keep waiting for them to refund you they are using excuses to keep your money for as long as they can Also put a review on trust pilot which was taken down which is a common thing on that site it seem qmf can take down any reviews they want

Terrible. Over three weeks to send device. Then had to wait 14 days for refund. They don’t answer emails and they don’t forward complaints procedure. I’ve reported to trading standards

I ordered an iphone early March as a 21st birthday gift , communication with the company was difficult as their only support service is online and emails would go unanswered for days . Delivery was advised 7-10 days , 21 days later I had not received the product , I emailed the company to cancel my order and received no reply for days, I sought legal advice and was advised to raise a dispute with my bank which I did and was refunded , I would not recommend this company to anyone it has been a very difficult process .

All i can say is I wish I had read the reviews on this company My experience, ordered iphone for my daughter who is now not able to speak to her friends due to this company not sending the phone AND keeping our money, have started proceedings with my bank , disgusting behaviour they have now blocked me on all social.media also there is no telephone contact line

Same as everyone else. Payed for phone no phone arrived, kept on promising to send but never arrived. I cancelled the order told refund would take 14days still waiting a month later. Do not purchase anything from these frauds

We ordered a reconditioned iPhone that wasn’t delivered within the ten working days so we cancelled and a refund was promised. We haven’t had that refund and have been chasing for a few weeks now.

I would give 0 if I could. Took payment fast. Then no response to calls/emails. No phone ever received and had to take further action to receive our own money back. DO NOT USE.

Dreadful company, unresponsive, unreliable and I’m still waiting for a nearly £200 refund. Don’t use this company at all costs they are terrible

They have the worst services ever. I bought two iPhones and they were not delivered. Asked for refund early march. Now I have to wait until mid May to get my refund. Please stay away from this company. It's the worst

I never received my goods after waiting for nearly a month to be told that it was being delayed again so I cancelled and still waiting for my refund I have now contacted trading standards the hmrc fraud team watch dog and Today I have contacted the police filing a complaint and want to press charges for theft and fraud they have advised me that they have had quite alot of complaint about this company and are passing on my details to the fraud department and someone will be calling me back
