“Don’t do it guys! I hate to spread negativity but feel I have to in this case! Ordered a phone, spending around £600. No phone, no refund and very little ways to contact them! Fraud”

“Absolutely abhorrent. Go elsewhere and save your time and anger. Bought a phone in May 2020, sent it back after 2 days as the battery was faulty, still waiting for a refund in August. Emails are ignored and no other way to contact them.”

“Needed a good replacement handset....found an iPhone easy....ordered it easy, price good, delivered in good time (considering all the issues in past several month too !)...it was in superb condition...great follow up emails and updates...tbh, couldn't ask for more. thanks guys !”

“Phone arrived quickly and although it was not sold as to be in excellent condition it has no faults that I’ve found, has great battery life and is performing perfectly. This was a huge improvement from when I bought two grade A (excellent) phones from Quick Mobile Fix in 2016 that both had several faults which were fixed by them but made for a poorer customer experience.”

“Be warned...they are a terrible company to deal with. I’m waiting on a refund three months after paying £250 for a phone that never arrived. Clearly there are fake reviews here with 4 or 5 stars.”

“Cancelled an order with them at the end of April and was promised a refund within 14 days, later amended to end June because of Coronavirus. I am still waiting for the refund. Avoid at all costs.”

“Never, never buy from these people. The phone was faulty and I tried to contact them by phone, e mail and social media without response. Finally got an answer and sent the phone back within the 14 days return period and then waited almost 3 months for a refund.”

“It came in quick time and price is good. But charger port had to be fixed the day I bought it it just wouldn’t work. So it’s much easier to buy a new one on contract and have the reliability of a brand new working phone”
