“Ordered a phone on at the beginning of October Body: Order no.255682 and still waiting. Do not use this company!”

“Our 4 year old Foster child ordered a phone over 6 weeks ago, phone never came. We chased up and told it failed checks and would be 2 more weeks. 2e cancelled order and they said 14 working days for refund. Never received refund and have now raised dispute through bank. This company has been ridiculously bad, don't use them in my opinion”

“My husband ordered me a phone from Quick Mobile Fix back in June and we didn’t receive the phone so cancelled the order and asked for a refund of the £169.99 we had paid. We never got a refund and we are still having to fight to try and get our money back!! We will never use this company again! It doesn’t even deserve one star, it should score in the minus.”

“Extremely poor service. Do not use. Waited more than 4 weeks for a Grade A phone which was meant to be dispatched within 7 days. The phone that arrived did not work properly so had to send it back for a refund after a lot of emailing. Was told the refund would take up to 14 days, it has been more than 20 days and still no sign. All I have received in response to my emails is “this has been passed to the relevant department.” Absolutely ridiculous. Do not every buy off this site”

“Absolutely disgusted with the sorry unprofessional company - my son ordered a refurbished mobile- waiting weeks over the the promised delivery time , when got in touch they promised to send some ear phones as compensation -/ when the phone did eventually arrive it was faulty as was the ear phones - the phone was sent straight back , recorded delivery, confirmed received- my son has been promised on more than 3 different occasions that he will receive his refund but yet still no money - this has been going on since July and still no refund- looks like we are going to have to make are way down from Liverpool to ilford to get this money back -/- stay well clear from this company!”

“I ordered an iphone and it said it could take up to 14 days to deliver - fine, not a problem. After 14 days I contacted them and they said give us 5 more working days. I did. Heard nothing. Contacted them again..... They said 'oh no, give us another 14 days and we'll send you the phone. Or if you want a refund it will take 14 days......" I choose the refund as I have no faith in this company. 14 Days later......no refund.....contacted them and oh what a surprise nothing.....Current situation, no money back - fingers crossed I ever see my £370 again. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“I purchased an iPhone from them for £167.99 on August 27th and told it would be delivered within a week, waited a month and then attempted to get answers. I was told the phone would be sent out within the next week, waited another month then asked them to cancel, they insisted they would deal with this as a high priority and get the phone sent out but by this point i had enough and demanded they cancel the purchase and refund me my money. Almost another month down the line with no refund and anytime i contact them via email or the company facebook page i am given stock answers 'you will recieve a call back within 24 to 48 hours' or you must wait 14 working days for the refund to process.”

“Waited for my 2 iPhones to arrive over 4 weeks? No update, nothing, complaint and they said they would send it along the next morning with £20 refund the for inconvenience. Nothing was post, no update. After another 2 weeks I asked for a refund to which they said it will he within 14 days. It has been over 14 days + another week. I haven't yet received any refund and they're ignoring my complaints or any email addressing the issue. They have taken their call line down. I don't know what to say. Just don't order from them please.”
