“Initially brilliant, Live help Brilliant, however having had a problem with issuing my Loan Quick Quid spent over 7 days resolving the issue. To make the situation worse I was constantly replied to with badly put together templates not relating to my query. Potential to have a stress free experience but the poor customer service & problems I have had will probably put me off in future.”

“like you probably here from a lot of people the interest rate is a bit high I think if someone uses you a lot u should some time give them good offers to keep both sides happy if this was the case I would have givin very good instead of good other than that the service is very good”

“The processing of payments weeks in advance means that it is no longer possible to amend your loan after issue. It used to be much better. I understand that this is related to a change in legislation but the site needs improving. That said, the online chat support is good.”

“I have been into work to provide you with information that I now find you already have. If your Chat person called Bruce could have cleared that up this morning I would have saved me 3 hours walking into work and back. Julian no problems. So the Good response is for Julian but I would rate Bruce as very poor Steve”

“Your Flex account is extremely expensive. Your repayment method is over complicated and frustratingly slow. Considering the interest rates you charge the service is disgusting.”

“Very poor customer service and utterly useless when it comes to assisting customers. I deal with customers in my job a lot and that's not the way you treat customers who've supplied you with bushiness. I most defiantly won't be using Quick Quid ever again.”

“The customer service was fantastic. Angela, (communicated with the live chat feature) was ever so helpful. Only reason it's not rated top of the top is the dodgy repayment button. When I opted to pay the full loan in one go the website crashed. It happened multiple times and ended up in my having to pay more because it took a few more days than it should of. Other than that it was perfect, hassle-free and as I said the customer service was amazing.”

“This is very good company that will give you money when you need it no matter what difficult you are in, they will still give you a loan and will allow you to pay it back when you can. I am very grateful for their support and they have been so helpful with everything. Thank you very much quickquid.”

“10 minutes going through requirements before being cut off. Logged backed on only to be ask to start at the beginning and go through everything again. Not ideal.”
