“Always very easy to contact, very helpful and polite reps, and I like the online chat function. Whenever I've had a query or issue the reps have been able to deal with it immediately. Would recommend them for people who are in control of their finances and just suffer a temporary shortfall in available cash.”

“i was not atall impressed with your company . I couldn't receive a 30 day extension despite never receiving one , even tho it states it on your website I could have one, I wasn't given a reason as to why im not eligible but by the time I find out I cant have one its already to late . my daughter has been hospitalised so my money isn't all there I just wanted an extension of a week or 2 at most but no ...rejected and left me sick with worry over 125 loan repayments .I think your rules/guidelines and homepage terms and are harmfull because you are unclear about them.i will pay 4 payments for the next 4 months now instead of paying it off in 2 weeks so for that thank you because im still unclear if I can meet the requirements and will be seeking advise elsewhere e.g bbc/watchdogs page .”
