“perhaps its just me.... very confusing chat but i think (hope) i understood it. would suggest black and white approach as it took me a little time to obtain the information i needed. I would have preferred to have done this all through my account, I just wanted to know what happens if i pay double manually on a month and what happens with my Direct Debit payment. the Flexicredit account is not as flexible as i had hoped. not upset.. just a little disappointed.”

“The loan process was quick and easy as I 've been a customer before. The 24/7 online chat is a very helpful feature. The only drawback I found was that I'd been sent a letter recently giving me a 25% discount promo code which I could not find before applying - if this had been emailed to me instead I wouldn't have had a problem and could have saved myself some money, which in my situation I desperately need. I am hoping that one of the management staff will help me with this as the customer adviser suggested.”

“Money was in my account within 40 minutes and an early repayment was easy via the live chat option. The staff we polite and I was dealt with swiftly. I would deffinately use this servicd again and would reccomend it to friends and family.”
